Gro Clinics Transformation Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• - The competition is open to past clients of Gro Clinics who have undergone a hair transplant or used Gro Clinics' prescription hair care products.
• - Participants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• - Employees of Gro Clinics, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

• - Participants must submit up to 3 before photos and up to 3 after photos via the provided submission form.
• - All photos must comply with the competition’s guidelines (e.g., consistent angles, good lighting, high quality).
• - By entering, participants confirm that the images they submit are their own, unaltered, and accurately represent their transformation with Gro Clinics.

3. Competition Period

• - Entries open on 1st Nov 2024 and must be submitted by 19th Nov 2024
• - The prize draw will take place on 20th November 2024, and winners will be contacted within 7 business days.

4. Prizes

• - First Prize: Valued at $2,000 – 1 Year of Prescription Hair Care (PHC), 3 PRP Sessions, and a $300 Gift Card for Every Day Products.
• - Second Prize: Valued at $1,150 – 3 PRP Sessions and a $100 Gift Card for Every Day Products.
• - Third Prize: Valued at $837 – 1 PRP Session, 3 LED Treatment Sessions, and a $100 Gift Card.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• - Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries submitted by the deadline.

• - Submitted photos will not be altered or presented as testimonials, and the client’s identity will be kept confidential unless express permission is given.

7. Privacy and Data Use

• - Personal information provided during entry will be used only for the purposes of this competition and to contact winners.
• - Gro Clinics will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Disqualification

• - Gro Clinics reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the competition rules or contain inappropriate, altered, or misleading images.

9. General Conditions

• - Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except for the $100 gift vouchers where applicable.
