She later completed a Master of Surgery at The University of Sydney and was accepted into the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons general training program in 2023. Over the past eight years, she has worked across major hospital units in plastic, general, orthopaedic, paediatric and urological care - refining her clinical skills and attention to detail.

Dr Hisham Khalid is a qualified medical practitioner and one of the hair transplant doctors at Gro Clinics Brisbane, with a special interest in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). His background spans orthopaedics, plastics and reconstructive surgery, experience that informs the precision and care he brings to hair restoration.

For Dr Khalid, every procedure starts with the donor area. He assesses its density, thickness and quality to understand what's realistically possible, then works with each patient to review their goals and design a hairline that complements their existing hair. He believes understanding the full picture, including how hair loss may progress in future, is key to a plan that still looks natural years down the track.

On the day, his priority is keeping patients comfortable and informed, using local anaesthetic and talking through each step as it happens. Using the FUE method with fine implanters placed at a tailored angle and depth, he aims for results that look natural rather than obvious.
