Dr Kristy Truong graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 2012. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Australian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, and has completed advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.She undertook highly selective specialist residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. This training included extensive experience in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and facial aesthetic procedures. She then completed additional dedicated fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the University of North Carolina, further refining her focus on facial aesthetics and reconstruction.Following her training, Dr Truong pursued her passion for the cosmetic field in Perth. She performs hair restoration procedures, injectables, and skin cancer reconstruction, with a particular focus on hair and brow transplants and hairline lowering. Dr Truong has also undertaken additional training with leading international experts in the field of hair restoration, supporting her ongoing commitment to maintaining high clinical standards across all aspects of hair restoration practice.
